Tiva= Tony+Ziva and “page57” references the episode Silver War when Tony has a GSM magazine and Ziva pulls out the Israeli version and tells Tony the article on page 57 works every time he pretends not to take interest then flips to find the page Ziva says “Right now you’re thinking of doing page 57 with me” 

Yeah that is one of my favorite Tiva moments!
